Hot Chocolates


Cooking on a theme. It's often accidental but frequently delicious. And if it gives me a better understanding of how flavours work together... well then yum.

Above are the Mexican Hot Chocolate Cupcakes, vegan of course, which I've been meaning to give a go since I made the cookie. They were moist, delicate, kind of fudgey and full of chocolate. We ate the batch ourselves.

Accidentally a mate are Chili and Lime Shards from Life is Sweet which are burning hot and just as chocolaty.

So yes, I'm very happy right now.
