Pancakes!

On the post punk kitchen forum there’s a sort of dears you thread going on. We’re all cooking thinks that we have never cooked before out of the same cookbook. The first week is Vegan With A Vengancewhich is giving me an excuse to cook foods that I have been meaning to cook.

The first one on my list is vegan pancakes. I bought one of these egg/pancake shapers a while ago and have been meaning to make pancakes for boyfriend ever since. Today I’m working in the afternoon and he is off so… pancakes!

The first one didn’t turn out right, as usual, but I got used to pancake production in time to give us seven lovely pancakes.
