I got a big bag of watercress in the box this week. As I'm really not (really not!) a fan of watercress I was a bit stuck. I find it all a bit too high on the water content, low on the taste content. So what to do.Clearly I should grow some, so I set some up in a bowl in my kitchen to get roots and supply me (what was I thinking?) for six weeks or so.
