God Bless The Bank Holiday

It's Easter which means Good Friday and Easter Monday off work for the boyfriend (but my volunteer gig is still on so he's tagging along) and me baking Easter cupcakes for him to take into work.

I say 'to take into work' in reality it's for us to eat and the remainder to go into work (and occasionally showered on people at my various volunteer gigs, neighbours, family...) so we don't eat ourself sick or end up with stale cupcakes.

Anyway. The decoration isn't terribly artful. My new decorating toys have yet to arrive so I just went for a splattering of spring coloured icing on the basic vanilla from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World.
