But the Un-dulce De Leche was fantastic
After a cooking disaster it's only right to get back on the horse. It's that or starve. So last night Stephen and I sat down to Un-dulce De Leche fondue. We dipped in strawberries and digestives in a mad fit of fusion. It's absolutely beautiful stuff. Fantastic taste, brilliant texture and leftovers - not for long, I imagine - in the fridge. Again it's from Viva Vegan which, did I mention this, is pure brilliance.
