Lovely Chewy Banana Cookies

I made a batch of Banana Everything Cookies after finding leftover chopped banana in the freezer. I suppose they are only Banana Some Things cookies because I left out the walnuts for Stephen.  Looking through the archives I also made these for our first volunteer day at Occombe. They deserve to be made again and again.
