Blue Ribband

I'll spend hours knitting myself a bracelet but I'm still going to write on my hand. 

Hot off the needles and a delight to knit. There are three ingredients in this bit of jewellery one is about 10 yards (I know, I like the metric system too but I didn't write the pattern) of 4-ply, a bunch of beads and a pretty clasp. Oh and the pattern. It's part of Adorn by Laura Nelkin although you can buy it on it's own.

It's a good pattern - good book too - useful for using those last bits of sock or lace yarn. Especially if you want to use them to make something stunning. It was also my first attempt at mixing beads with my knitting and went swimmingly so... I'm happy.
