Leftovers: Tomatoes and Pesto, yay!

Another leftover post today:

When I toasted the tomatoes for this I put every tomato we had into the pot. We had two each leftover. I used them to top the pasta made of another leftover: Wild  Garlic Pesto. I couldn't stop myself from adding a few fresh veggies into the mix either.
