Baked Potatoes With Cheesy Kale Filling

Here in the Burgess/Morley household we've been fighting with various sniffles and other bits of soreness since Christmas. We haven't felt inclined to do any culinary magic but we have required plenty of hot, yummy comforting food.

Now we're getting better again we really can't excuse the pizzas and ready meals. We stooped to eating low fat cannelloni at one point, it's definitely time to cook again. In our Riverford booklet we found this recipe for Baked Potatoes with Cheesy Kale Filling. Which ticked all the boxes. Comforting, simple to cook, and it even has a vegetable in it.
